Continuing my 10 year challenge with my BBC series I drew when I was 14 with another portrait of a character from one of my favourite Dickens’ novels of the same name, David Copperfield! If you put some round glasses on him, you might recognize who portrays this young fellow… Absolutely loved Daniel Radcliffe in this role. One thing I have learned and had to tell myself through this project is that over the course of 10 years my pace has greatly changed and the time it takes to finish drawing the same picture now, as opposed to the first time, will be different. But it was still a really good challenge with fascinating results. One of these days I’ll get around to completing the series, as well as add onto it.
